*Returned Packages: If you box is refused you will Not be refunded any part of the original order or shipping, thank you.If your order is returned for any reason (ie; wrong mailing address provided by you), you are responsible for shipping charges to resend the package. Please make sure your shipping address in your account is up to date. We are not responsible for lost packages due to wrong address info submitted by the customer. If you have been given the wrong product or are missing something please send us an email & let us know. All your Sweet Treats are packaged by hand. So, just let us know we goofed & we will correct it...remember we can't fix a problem if you don't let us know.
*Let Us Know*Did You Have Something Damaged In transit?
If you have a product that has been damaged in transit please let us know & we will replace that item. We do not offer a refund for something that was damaged in transit, we will however send you out the same item, thank you. Please keep all original packaging as carrier may need to inspect the box.
